BY ENTERING INK'D OUT LOUD, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS

* To be tattooed or pierced, you must sign a release form and provide a valid ID. All tattoo artists and piercers
must verify age, copy ID and have a signed release form before starting any procedure. Kentucky does allow
minors to be pierced and tattooed, provided a parent or legal guardian produces a sealed, notarized permission
slip and signs the release form on behalf of the minor child. It is the decision of each individual licensed tattoo
artist or piercer as to if they will do procedures on minor children. A Notary Public will be on site, for a small fee.

* Please leave your attitudes and ego's at the door and treat each other as one big happy family!!

* There are NO REFUNDS on booth sales, admissions, raffles, seminars, or contest, ect.!!

* ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!

* No food or drinks on tattoo artists/piercers/vendors tables, please respect all vendor's property.

* Please respect all motorcycle owner entered in the bike show by not touching their motorcycles.

* Please respect all musicians entered in the "Battle" by not touching their equipment.

* All infants must be carried, there is not enough room for strollers due to heavy traffic congestion.

* The show is open to the public.

* All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

* No nudity. No racist, drug related or offensive clothing may be worn inside the building of the convention. This
is a family event.

* Ink'd Out Loud reserves the right to deny entrance to anyone we deem necessary.

* Ink'd Out Loud reserves the right for expulsion from the convention at any time or for any reason without refund.

* All vendors must wear lanyards at all times, this is to differentiate themselves from patrons.

* Ink'd Out Loud is not responsible for the outcome of any tattoo, piercing, merchandise sale, etc.

* Press Passes are available for TV & Radio stations, Newspapers, and Industry Magazines only. No professional
cameras allowed without a Press Pass!

* Violators of admission rules will be removed from the convenion without refund.

ANY AND ALL ADVERTISING AND FUTURE INK'D OUT LOUD AND/OR INFINITE INK INCORPORATED MEDIA AND
PUBLICATIONS.

We have a few spaces outside near bike show in the fenced parking lot. These are bigger, for trucks, RV's etc. Nothing is included with these spaces except 2-vendor lanyards. You wil need to bring your own generators. Tattooers/Piercers can't locate in this area.

We have non-draped space, approximately 6' x 6' located in the foyer. These spaces include 1-table, 2-chairs and 2-vendor lanyards. No electric.
